Storforsens Nature Reserve, Sweden

It’s not easy to take outdoor landscape shots when snow is falling heavily and the temperature hovers around -10 or so. Cameras are difficult to operate with gloves on. I have a few attempts at long exposures of this but somehow they turned out a lot noiser and not as well focused as this one which I think was taken hand-held. To be fair, the long exposure of the rapids and the snow end up blending into each other which doesn’t really make for an interesting picture anyway.

My frozen hands were glad for a bit of warmth when we found the reserve small shop afterwards.

For #JoinInDaily with +Johnny Wills for today’s theme of “At Least 70%White!”
