I'm not entirely sure if this is equally or more wacky than the Mars One project
The whole thing reads like someone trying to troll the science, astronomy and internet communities by taking buzz words from all three fields, stick them in a blender and come out with the concept of "backing up humanity"
I mean, I can't really think of anything else to say except "lol, wut?"
